Shipping Policy:
- Once we receive the order, we dispatch your product(s) within 2 working days. We have teamed up with Shiprocket to deliver your products to you at the earliest. You should ideally receive the same within 4 to 7 days of dispatch unless extraordinary circumstances.
Cancellation and Return/Exchange Policy:
- You can Return your product in the following cases only: Damaged or Faulty Product(s) Wrong Product(s) delivered which are not as per your order.
- Brand should be intimated about the damaged product within 24-48 hours of receiving the shipment on brewcosmetics25@gmail.com with unboxing video and pictures or wrong/damaged products.
- After 24 hours, no request will be considered.
- Damaged products can be exchanged or replaced or a credit note will be issued.
- Customer can choose as per their convenience.
- No refund will be given in any circumstances.
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Any request for cancellation after dispatch will not be entertained.
- We do not accept any returns of our products except in circumstances mentioned in the 1st point.
- To book a return/exchange, please send us an email at brewcosmetics25@gmail.com with your order number (mandatory) within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please attach any relevant pictures and an unboxing video to prove the damage for the return purpose.
- Please note that any return requests after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained. It will take a minimum of 10 working days for the product to be returned to us once we book a pickup for your return order. Your patience in this matter is appreciated.
- We do not accept any returns due to colour /shade difference. Colour difference happens due to screen brightness settings as well as your display quality and we will not accept any returns due to the same.
- We will not accept any used or opened for return.
- We do not accept any returns or exchange on items sold at a discount or sale items.
- We can only accept returns for products bought from our website, www.bryebeauty.com. We won’t be able to process returns for products purchased from third-party websites or physical stores.
